Melt Shop
We have 3×750 Kg and 1 3000 Kg Induction Melting Furnace together with other support Melt Shop Infrastructure including Ladle Pre heaters , Lifting Magnets , Crane Scales.
Molding Facilities
DISA Make PLC Controlled Horizontal Parted Flask less Green Sand Molding Line including Pouring Lines , Cooling Lines , Online Shakeout. Capacity of Machine is 120 Molds Per Hour ( With Core) and 150 Molds Per Hour ( Coreless) with flask size of 20″ x 24
Sand Plant
DISA Make fully automatic PLC controlled 30 Tons Per Hour Green Sand Preparation and Handling unit includes Turbine Type Sand Mixer , Automatic Sand Property Controller , Fluidized Bed Sand Cooler and Magnetic Separator.
Core Making
Our Elaborate Core Shop includes 5 Nos Cold Box Core Shooters , 2 Nos Shell Core Shooters , There are 2 continuous Sand Mixers. Machines are supplied by Omega UK , Galaxy India
Castings Cleaning
We have 2 Nos Tumble Blast Machines and 1 Hanger Type Wheelaberator Shot-blast machines for intermediate and final shotblasting of castings.
Finishing
We have 2 ABB Robots for Fettling and also over 16 grinding Machines for Manual Fettling
